GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Subject

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the CHAKANA store and any person making a purchase on the site. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2: Products and Prices

The products offered are those listed on the site on the day of the consultation. The prices are indicated in Euros (€),Excluding taxes "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI". The shipping costs are added to the basket before the final validation.

Article 3: Order and Payment

The customer validates their order after checking their basket and delivery information. Payment is due immediately. Payments are made by credit card (via Shopify Payments) or PayPal.

Article 4: Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. The average delivery times are 3 to 5 working days. CHAKANA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier (La Poste, Chronopost, etc.).

Article 5: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his package to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Article 6: Guarantees and Liability

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of defective product, the customer can request an exchange or a refund. CHAKANA cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

Article 7: Personal data (GDPR)

The information collected during the order is necessary for its management. In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify and delete your personal data by contacting contact@chakana-store.com

Article 8: Applicable law and Disputes

These GTCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
