Shipping policy

1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping rates and estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment.

Standard Delivery: 7,99 € — Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Express Delivery: 10,99 € — Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Free Shipping: We offer standard delivery for all orders over €65.

3. International shipment

We offer international shipping to the following countries: EU and on demand for other continents. Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. CHAKANA is not responsible for these fees if they are applied and are your responsibility as a client.

4. How can I check the status of my order?

When an order is shipped, you receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 8 to 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@chakana-store.com with your name and order number, and we will review the matter for you.

5. Shipping to PO boxes

Some of our carriers have restrictions on deliveries to PO boxes. If it concerns you, please check with us before placing an order.

6. Refunds, returns and exchanges

Returns: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total amount of the order, minus the return shipping fee.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible to contact@chakana-store.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.
